100 Reps, 4 Months & 52 Pounds

John started on June 1st, 2009 at Carter Fitness.  As he has been Mr. Consistency (he never misses a session)  I had quite honestly completely forgotten what he looked like when he walked though my doors 4 months ago.

Then today John emailed me this pic to remind me:

I remember John told me on day 1 he was committed.  But again to be honest I hear that a lot. 

But as it turns out “committed” is an understatement.

Does This Cold Make Me Look Fat?

A couple of weeks ago I was laid out with a nasty cold.  We have previously established that being sick turns me into a miserable ass – so I am a joy to be around.

One of the worst parts about being sick for me is the fact that the only time I feel un-craptastic is when I am eating.  So I tend to over eat. Ah who am I kidding – there’s no tend about it – I overeat.

It’s Finally Done – Are You Ready?

Hey there gang,

Well its 2009, can you believe it? 2008 (and 07 and 06 for that matter) were a blur for me.

As many of you know over the past few months I have buried myself into my new eBook  project “100 Rep Workout”.

Well I am proud to say that it is finally done- and today is the official launch.
